Basic Monthly Bookkeeping includes:
- Maintain QuickBooks Online account
- Accept bank sync’d transactions twice per month
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly to statements from you financial institute
- Communication with you and your CPA as needed
- Send financial reports out as requested
- Notary
Add on services are charged hourly as requested:
- QuickBooks set up, clean up, or catch up – no matter how behind you are in your bookkeeping!
- Payroll set up – please note that I do not offer payroll processing, but will sit with you and teach you how to set up and process your own payroll
- Journal Entries as needed
- Filing 1099’s annually in January
